Hulston Mill Civil War Days is held annually on the second weekend of June. 2018 marked their fourteenth year of holding the event.
Hulston Mill is located between Everton and Greenfield MO just off of Hwy 160. All proceeds for Civil War Days go toward the restoration and upkeep of the mill and the grounds.
The reenactment was none like we’ve experienced. The audience was in a shaded roped off area and the action was happening all around us.
Entertainment between battles was provided by the Back Porch Players. The working mill was open for tours. Kids enjoyed their own activities learning about the Civil War. The encampment and sundries areas were great to mosey around.
