Woke up again before the sun came up. Temperature has been comfortable all week here at nighttime.
Gayla had an early morning video call 7 AM local time. I did some research on YouTube.
After the call we packed up and headed out at 8:30 AM.
Made our way to Cheyenne then on to I-80 eastbound.
Stopped in Sidney, Nebraska for some fuel and a pit stop. Clifford got 9.67 mpg’s.
After a little break and a snack we were back on I-80 eastbound in under an hour.
Eventually we made our was to Sutherland Reservoir for some camping next to the water.
it hit 93° inside Clifford today. I guess that is our welcoming back to midwestern heat. I have not missed it at all.
After relaxing a bit I set up the HF station and activated the park. US-5675 and had 33 unique contacts.
Gayla finished up a weaving project she had been working on.
