Was a bright night last night in the woods. The moon was shining. Slept with the windows open. Only got down to 50° inside Clifford.

Gayla made coffee and I enjoyed some chili chocolate with my coffee.

We walked the dogs around camp and found us a short trail that goes over to Copper Creek. It got really wooly really quickly.

I set up my HF radio and activated the park US-4403 Medicine Bow National Forest. Actually made contact with my brother back in Missouri on 17 meter band.

Took a break and made some lunch. Meat and eggs. Mmmmm.

I played around with the IC-7300 and got it working on FT8. It’s been a long while since I have used it on this computer.

Made several contacts with it. Then it’s started a new day UTC time. Made several more contacts till it got too chilly to sit outside.

It was mostly a very nice day here. Tomorrow starts our work week here. It’ll be great.
