Woke up to a beautiful sunrise and a rainbow off to the west of camp. Had a few showers of rain before we took off towards hwy 40 eastbound.
Made out was through Craig, Colorado and up into Savery, Wyoming.
We stopped at Baker Cemetery to see Jim Baker again.
Made our way through Sierra Madre Mountain Range up and over Battle Pass. Stopped at the scenic overlook and let the dogs out and us out.
We made it to Dead Horse Dispersed Park. They were very busy so we ventured around the area and found us beautiful spot for camp in the Medicine Bow National Forest.
I cooked up some steaks for dinner.
There is a nice place to our east that had some recent moose scat nearby.
