Woke up at about 6:04 AM. It was definitely a little warmer than expected. It was 64° for the low overnight.
Gayla made us some coffee to get the day started.
Gayla is nervous that she has class today but she is also excited to learn new things.
I drove Gayla to Yarn Barn in Lawrence, Kansas and dropped her off. I slowly made my way back to Leavenworth Fishing Lake to settle in for the day.
The dogs and I hung out at the campsite till it was time to go pick up Gayla from class.
After picking her up she told me about all the cool things she had done and learned in class.
We need some snack to last us till we got home so we picked some up while in town.
Gayla found us a BBQ place nearby that had what we like. Burnt ends and sliced brisket.
We stopped at a DG Market and she picked up some dark chocolate ice cream to celebrate her first day in class.
Clifford did hit 100,000 miles today.
