Woke up to deer in our camp. Snagged a few pictures of them.

Made huckleberry coffee and had a huckleberry bear claw for breakfast.

Went down to look at Bowman Lake in the daylight. It is beautiful. Definitely worth the drive.

We packed up and wanted to explore towards Kintla Lake. It was only 21 miles by road.

2 hours later we were at Kintla Lake. It was a narrow dusty sometimes rough dirt road.

We actually found us a spot to try Starlink and it works off and on. We also paid for tonight’s camping. We might stay here this week maybe.

Talked to the ranger that was interested in Clifford. He was thinking which fire department was here and what are they doing here. We had a good chat on vehicles and ham radio.

Took a short hike around Kintla Lake to the ranger station cabin. Snapped a few pictures of the lake.

Came back to Clifford and Gayla did a bit of work on the computer.

I setup HF radio station and made contacts to activate the park again.

Warmed up some brisket and beef hot links for supper.

The campground did fill up a bit.

21 miles driven today.
